Description
Introducing the Glenshiel Gold Thistle Ring, a striking symbol of both beauty and resilience.
Handcrafted in 9ct gold in the serene Outer Hebrides, this ring is a true testament to the spirit of Scotland.
Inspired by the national emblem, the thistle signet design adorns the ring with an allure that is both delicate and fierce, much like the flower itself.
This isn’t just a ring, it’s a wearable poem dedicated to the Scottish wilderness.
The Glenshiel Gold Thistle Ring is ideal for those who carry the spirit of the Highlands wherever they go, or for those who wish to keep a piece of Scotland close to their heart.
Experience the charm of the Scottish highlands with the Glenshiel Gold Thistle Ring.
After all, nothing says ‘Scotland’ quite like a thistle.
Glenshiel Gold Thistle Ring The Scotch thistle comes from a legend that the plant’s thorny thickets helped protect Scotland from the Vikings.
Folklore holds that as Vikings attempted an attack at night and raid Scottish villages, they were stung by the thistles thorns and cried out in pain, alerting the villagers to the attack and allowing them to fight back and drive back the invaders.
Following this the Thistle was adopted as the floral emblem of Scotland it dates back to the late 1200’s. We have named our thistle designs after some of the battles in Scotland.
