Making a purchase

Just browse our Celtic Jewellery categories, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept most credit cards. All credit card transactions are handled through a secure payment system on this site. You may also order by telephone, by mail and you can pay by Sterling bank transfer if you wish.

Shipping and Handling Postage

Is free per order for secure postage and packaging to UK and £12 European Union and £15 for World-wide.

Delivery Schedule

All pieces in stock are sent out within 3 working days. We will tell you if an item is not in stock and how long it will take to manufacture and deliver.

We use next day postage within the UK. The European Union takes 28 days and Worldwide 20 days.

Tax Charges

VAT is charged at 20% for UK and for all other countries are tax exempt. You might be liable for import TAX that your own government will charge you on delivery of the item. (We are not liable for this charge.)

Guarantee

Hebridean Jewellery are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Every piece of jewellery is guaranteed unconditionally. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please notify us be email or phone within 14 days and we will exchange the piece or refund your money immediately.

Privacy Policy

Hebridean Jewellery do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
